In the Corporate Counsel position, you will provide legal support for a broad range of issues including compliance, contracts, and litigation. Working alongside business leaders and Human Resources, you will address legal risks effectively while ensuring that business objectives are achieved in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main legal advisor for Canadian plasma donation centers. - Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements. - Handle litigation coordination for donor and employment disputes.
- Advise on leases and real estate contracts. - Develop strategies with external counsel for legal proceedings.
Requirements: - Law degree (JD or LL.B.) and active provincial license. - 5-10 years of legal experience in relevant fields. - Proven experience in negotiating contracts and compliance advice. - Robust problem-solving and communication skills. - Bilingual in English and French preferred;
