Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and experienced Server / Bartender to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, and has a strong knowledge of food and beverages. You should be comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment, providing excellent customer service, and preparing quality cocktails and drinks. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, team-oriented, and committed to creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to established standards. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and drink recommendations. Operate POS systems, preferably Micros, to process orders and payments. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and bills accurately. Manage multiple tables and bar orders while maintaining excellent service. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar team members to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, the bar, and service stations. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service requirements.



Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally. Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment. Qualifications Must have Previous experience as a restaurant server and bartender is preferred. Solid knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage service. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar restaurant POS systems is an asset. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant. Strong attention to detail and accurate cash-handling skills. Friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Smart Serve certification required for serving alcohol in Ontario. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is an asset. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips.
