SCHEDULER / LOGISTICS COORDINATOR– FULL TIME Lethbridge, Alberta Looking for an experienced and dependable Logistics Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, confident, and able to manage a busy transportation environment while maintaining clear communication with drivers, customers, and management. Responsibilities include: • Dispatching and coordinating drivers and equipment • Planning and monitoring loads and routes • Communicating load information and instructions to drivers • Maintaining regular contact with drivers throughout their trips • Coordinating pickups and deliveries with customers • Monitoring schedules and addressing delays or changes • Updating dispatch and transportation records • Working closely with management to keep equipment moving efficiently • Handling day-to-day issues professionally and independently What we’re looking for:



• Previous trucking or transportation dispatch experience preferred • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Dependable, punctual, and professional • Comfortable working independently and making decisions • Robust computer and administrative skills • Knowledge of Hours of Service, ELDs, and the transportation industry is an asset This is a full-time, in-office position in Lethbridge, Alberta.
