We're two professionals in south Lethbridge with a three-year-old son in Montessori and a dog. We're looking for part time help of about 20 hours per week, starting as soon as we find the right person. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, approximately 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Rate: starting at $20 per hour, with room above that for the right experience. This is a payroll position — source deductions, vacation pay and statutory holidays all handled properly. Regular duties: - Morning routine and getting our son ready - Montessori drop-off - Meal prep: breakfast, plus lunches and dinners prepared ahead - Groceries and household errands - One-hour dog walk on days worked - Household cleaning and laundry The part we want to be upfront about: because of our work, we can't reschedule a day on short notice. So on days our son is home sick, the housework is set aside, caring for him at home becomes the priority,



and the day runs longer — through until we're home from work, typically 4:30-5:00pm. That happens roughly once a month. We're looking for someone genuinely comfortable with that, because it's the part of the role we value most. Requirements: your own reliable vehicle and a clean driving record (you'd be driving our son, with a car seat we provide). Comfortable with a friendly dog. We'll ask for references and a criminal record check. Optional extras: if you can help with snow removal, lawn mowing or general yard work, we'd add hours for it. Not a requirement.
