Key Requirements & Responsibilities: Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in residential renovation or general construction. Safety First: Must maintain a clean job site and consistently follow safe work practices. Property Respect: Must respect client properties by using protection (floor runners, dust barriers) and maintaining professionalism at all times. Work Ethic: Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions with minimal supervision. Languages: English required. Spanish or Portuguese is a solid plus.
