What We’re Looking For:

- A positive and professional demeanor
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to manage phone calls and use computer systems confidently
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy medical setting
- Previous experience in a medical or professional office is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities Include:

- Assisting with patient pre-testing procedures
- Answering and placing phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Insurance verification and billing support
- Supporting administrative tasks and office organization
- Ability to work weekdays until 7pm and weekends until 5pm.
