Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coach a design team of 8–9 professionals
- Schedule and assign projects while managing design workload
- Review and validate detailed shop drawings created by the team
- Address technical inquiries in collaboration with clients
- Manage external freelancers and oversee project billing
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years in the commercial construction sector
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional design teams
- Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD; Solid Works knowledge preferred
- Insight into custom ceiling design is a strong asset
