The Applications Development Senior Manager is responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities

- Utilize knowledge of Net Suite platform capabilities and Finance processes to identify and define required system enhancements, including the use and review of Suite Script customizations.
- Consult with users, clients and other technology groups on issues, and recommend, implement and support Net Suite-specific solutions.
- Apply strong knowledge of Net Suite capabilities when preparing platform design and configuration specifications.
- Review Net Suite configurations, customizations and access controls to identify vulnerabilities, control issues and required remediation.
- Serve as an advisor and coach to junior or lower-level Net Suite developers and analysts.
- Identify problems, analyze information and exercise evaluative judgment to recommend and implement Net Suite solutions.
- Resolve platform issues by selecting appropriate solutions based on Net Suite technical and functional experience and established standards.
- Operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
- Act as the Net Suite subject‑matter expert for senior stakeholders and other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup,



its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; adhering to policy; applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices; and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Required Skills

- Experience in Oracle Net Suite platform development and customization.
- Hands‑on technical capability with Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Builder, Suite Talk and Net Suite record conversion.
- Proven functional‑process knowledge and hands‑on experience with Net Suite Finance‑module configuration.

Qualifications

- 4-6 years of relevant enterprise‑application experience, preferably within financial services.
- Senior‑level experience in an Oracle Net Suite platform development or architecture role.
- Demonstrated experience leading Net Suite developers, analysts or platform specialists.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, decision‑making and ability to manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent experience.
