As a Senior Accountant, you will directly report to the Finance Manager, playing an integral role in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting functions. Your responsibilities will include adhering to month-end closing timelines, analyzing financial statements, and supporting yearly budget preparations.
You will be key in maintaining effective controls and processes across finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly Financial Statement Reporting Package
- Analyze financial statements for budget variances
- Lead cash reporting on a weekly basis
- Ensure accurate intercompany transaction reconciliations
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting tasks
Requirements:
- University or college degree in business
- 5 to 10 years of accounting experience in manufacturing
- Pursuing or holding a Qualified Accounting designation
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong familiarity with accounting regulations and compliance
