Our client, a leading organization in the operations sector, is seeking multiple call center agent to join their team.
Job Title: C all Center Agent (day shift only)

Toronto, ON
Pay Range:
20/hr
Shift:
Day shift, hours of operation from 8AM to 5PM EST, 7 days a week including holidays. Hours may vary between 35-44 hours per week.
What's the Job?
Assist end users by conducting outbound calls and providing support for various queriesEducate users on how to effectively utilize the platform and score quality and outcomesAchieve daily targets and key performance metricsProvide high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfactionCommunicate effectively with team leads, QA specialists, SMEs, and operations managers
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years customer support experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent problem-solving and organizational skills
