Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.Travel Expectations: Up to 40%What You’ll DoLead conversations with finance leaders and executive stakeholders to understand their FP&A;/EPM strategic agenda and provide actionable insightsGuide and oversee EPM/FP&A; implementation projects, including process assessments and redesign, EPM system selectionAssist in managing workstreams, ensuring delivery across the full System Development Lifecycle (functional and technical requirements, integrations, testing cycles, and go-live)Apply deep functional expertise across corporate finance EPM/FP&A; processesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively managing milestones, risks, dependencies,
and change impactsCreate and deliver executive-quality communications and presentations that clearly articulate complex business conceptsBuild solid client and internal relationships while consistently modeling the Clearsulting Core ValuesWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field of study3+ years of management consulting experience in the EPM/FP&A; space or 5+ years of experience in an internal company FP&A; roleProven project and people leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environmentEligibility to work in the United States and CanadaWillingness and ability to travelNice-to-Haves1+ certifications and/or implementations in relevant technology (Pigment, Anaplan, OneStream). Pigment experience is preferred but not required. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards.
