Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily commercial leasing activities and maintain pipelines • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential retail tenants • Coordinate property tours for prospective tenants and brokers • Assist with leasing proposals and documentation processes • Maintain transaction records and leasing trackers
Requirements: • 5 to 8 years of commercial real estate leasing experience • Robust interest in commercial and retail leasing • Confident in cold calling and building tenant relationships • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to read floor plans
