Your efforts in managing documentation, placing material orders, and participating in safety initiatives will ensure our operations run efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and file delivery paperwork accurately
• Place material orders based on team requests
• Maintain shop orders and documentation packages




• Actively engage in the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee
• Support internal communications and meeting scheduling
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of administrative experience
• Previous involvement in construction or fabrication is preferred
• Experience with material management systems
• Familiarity with safety documentation processes
• Excellent communication skills in writing and orally
