As a Host Ambassador, you'll work under the Program Lead to ensure host families meet Canada Homestay standards. This permanent role requires strong interpersonal skills, a drive for community building, and availability during weekday evenings and weekends. You'll contribute to enriching cultural experiences between students and families while achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person interviews and revisits for hosts
• Perform pre-screen calls and manage host database data
• Complete annual reviews and support documentation for hosts
• Answer inquiries from prospective host families
• Foster a supportive local community for hosts
Requirements:
• Excellent sales skills and interpersonal abilities
• Positive communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with database software and online tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
