As a Hardware Lifecycle Mechanical Engineer, you'll coordinate product lifecycle issues while adhering to IATF 16949 processes. You will engage in hands-on solution development, including hardware design and test reporting. Your expertise will support multidisciplinary teams and facilitate lessons learned for new designs.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate technical product lifecycle issues and resolutions • Develop mechanical solutions per IATF 16949 standards • Execute hands-on hardware design and test plans • Create and update bills of materials and assembly drawings • Conduct root cause analysis for hardware issues
Requirements: • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering • Over 5 years of relevant experience • Expertise in injection molded plastics and machined components • Robust 3D modeling skills using Creo • Familiarity with DFMA, GD&T;, and military standards
