THE NARMCO GROUP is seeking a Senior Die Designer to enhance our qualified team. You will design progressive and transfer dies, ensuring quality and efficiency in our deep draw and UHSS stamping processes. Collaboration with customers during design reviews and providing support throughout die manufacturing is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design progressive, transfer, and line dies efficiently
• Interact with customers for design reviews and feedback
• Provide technical support during the die manufacturing process
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of die designs
• Create process layouts for part data and assembly
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of tool design experience
• Background in metal stamping preferred
• Proficient in 3D design and Solid Modelling
• Required experience with ProE/Creo 7.0
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
