Reporting directly to the Manager of Product & Process Development, this role involves enhancing process reliability and plant capacity while building the capabilities of personnel. You will participate in meaningful projects and be a mentor within the team. Your success hinges on analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide process optimization projects for performance enhancement • Establish sustainable manufacturing standards • Cultivate improvements in manufacturing reliability • Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders • Develop effective production processes in collaboration with engineering teams
Requirements: • Degree in Engineering required • Relevant experience in food manufacturing (2-3 years) • Proficiency in MS Word and Advanced Excel • Solid attention to detail and organizational skills • Lean training/accreditation is favorable
