We are looking for an organized, proactive leader to manageour Kensington Bottle Shop. This role leadsour day-to-day bottle shop operations andretail team.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, solves problems on the fly, and learns quickly. Leading a team, working well independently, and having a positive attitude are the most important characteristics. An established knowledge of and genuine interest in beer and wine is essential.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a management, keyholder or leadership role
- Available work 5 days a week, including evenings and weekends
- Robust beer and wine knowledge
- Friendly, kind, and organized approach to customer service
- Able to lift 20-40 lbs crates and boxes of beer
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Driver’s License is a plus
