Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Operations Trainee to join their operational team in Kimberley . This role is designed for individuals keen on understanding and managing the day-to-day operational activities of a business. You will gain exposure to supply chain management, process optimization, and logistical coordination. Working closely with the operations manager and team, you will contribute to efficiency improvements and ensure the smooth running of business processes within the company’s facilities in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating stock movements. Support the implementation of operational procedures and process improvements. Help monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
Learn and apply best practices in operations management and logistics. Requirements
