Position SummaryWalmart Connect is seeking a Senior Manager, Ad Partner Management (Individual Contributor) to drive growth and adoption of our Advertising API offerings through technology provider partners. In this role, you will own a portfolio of high‑impact partners, lead joint business planning, and execute go‑to‑market strategies that expand revenue, accelerate partner integrations, and unlock net‑new customer acquisition. This is a high‑visibility, cross‑functional role working closely with Product, Engineering, Strategy, Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to scale our Technology Provider Partner Program.What You’ll DoOwn and grow relationships with a portfolio of technology provider partners, serving as the primary business point of contactLead joint business planning with partners, including goals, operating rhythms, performance tracking, and quarterly business reviewsDrive revenue impact through co‑selling motions, partner‑sourced pipeline, and partner‑led customer acquisition strategiesBuild and execute go‑to‑market plans with partners (joint marketing, PR, sales enablement, developer relations content/materials) to support revenue targetsCollect and synthesize partner feedback to inform and prioritize the Advertising API roadmap and partner experience improvementsCoordinate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Strategy, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to remove blockers and deliver program enhancements that drive incremental revenueLead partner onboarding and integration readiness, aligning business priorities with technical milestones to accelerate time‑to‑valuePartner closely with Technical Partner Managers and Support to ensure partners have the documentation, tooling, and operational support needed to grow on Walmart ConnectEnable internal sales teams with training, playbooks, and solution narratives for partner offerings that accelerate deals and expand opportunitiesBuild scalable partner infrastructure and reporting (dashboards, insights, process improvements) to improve forecasting, prioritization, and program performanceMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, product partnerships, or related roles,
