The Linchpin Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to handle accounting responsibilities across multiple internal entities. This position supports month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Ideal candidates will take ownership while contributing to process enhancements and the long-term growth of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and post monthly journal entries and reconciliations • Manage invoicing, collections,
and revenue recognition • Complete year-end and quarter-end close activities • Review trial balances and resolve discrepancies • Support accounting for acquisitions and reorganizations
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA designation completed or in progress • 5+ years of multi-entity accounting experience • Strong Excel and financial reporting skills • Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Business Central
