As a Clinical Manager, you will assist the Director in leading initiatives that integrate mental health support and community service. You will also engage in training and program evaluation to enhance service delivery
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee policy development for clinical services • Mentor interns and contract therapists • Manage the PRISM database and online services • Supervise adherence to clinical standards • Promote the center's programs to the community
Requirements: • Advanced degree in psychotherapy or related field • Valid registration with CRPO or AAMFT • Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage crises effectively
