Technical Leadership: Drive adherence to Systems Security Engineering best practices and principles. Systems Security Engineering:
Understand and be able to conduct Systems Security Engineering to deliver trustworthy secure systems that satisfy stakeholder protection needs within an established risk tolerance. Technical Qualifications: Education: Possesses a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or accreditations in cybersecurity engineering. Experience: Minimum five years of qualified experience in cyber security, systems engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills: Aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment. Experience with Agile methods. Experience with Defence domain. Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with WindChill™, Familiarity with Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)™, Familiarity with Cameo™, Familiarity with Systems Modelling Language(SysML) or other object-oriented design methodology. Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or equivalent. Programming: Familiarity with Systems Modelling Language(SysML) or other object-oriented design methodology. Licensing: Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license would be an asset. Eligible for NATO Secret clearance in a timely manner.
