About The Role Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will oversee the full controllership function across multiple business entities. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for financial reporting, month-end close, project accounting, process improvements, and ERP optimization while partnering closely with operations and senior leadership to support business growth and strategic initiatives. What You'll Do Financial Leadership & Reporting Lead the full month-end,



quarter-end, and year-end close process across multiple entities Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis Coordinate external audits, tax compliance, and year-end reporting requirements Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards Project & Operational Accounting Oversee project accounting, including cost tracking, work-in-progress reporting, progress billings, and project profitability analysis Partner with project and operational leaders to monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance Manage inventory, fixed assets, capital projects, and intercompany accounting Review complex
