Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized support and care to dementia residents
• Assist residents with meals and medication guidance
• Ensure accurate documentation of all care provided
• Facilitate recreational activities tailored to residents
• Carry out additional tasks as directed
Requirements:
• Accredited PSW Certificate required
• Relevant Medication Management credentials
• Minimum 2 years experience caring for seniors with dementia
• Must be versatile for shift work including weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
