Join Dexterra Group as a Baker at Tim Hortons in Redeemer University, crafting delicious baked goods for students and staff. Work Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm on a collaborative team.
As a Baker, you will prepare and bake a variety of quality items to meet production standards. Your responsibilities will include operating kitchen equipment, maintaining food safety, and delivering friendly service to our campus community. Previous experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake quality baked goods daily
• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Follow Tim Hortons safe operating procedures
• Deliver friendly service to guests and teammates
Requirements:
• Positive attitude and reliability in work
• Basic knowledge of baking methods and food safety
• Ability to obtain food safety certification
• Robust attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Previous baking experience preferred
