As KGS Group's Human Resources Generalist, you’ll leverage 5+ years of HR experience to support a diverse range of HR functions. You will facilitate onboarding, manage employee matters, and design improvement strategies to enhance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment processes
• Facilitate onboarding activities for recent employees
• Address employee relations issues with coaching and guidance
• Promote programs to assess and enhance workplace culture
• Assist in compensation and performance review processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience
• Education in Human Resources or Business Administration
• CPHR certification preferred or in progress
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive mindset
