Embark on an exciting internship in FPGA Validation Engineering within our R&D; group dedicated to video chip innovation. Collaborate with talented engineers and acquire essential skills in validation strategy development.
This internship will immerse you in the FPGA development team, where you will support the creation and implementation of validation strategies. The role involves engaging with functional verification using VHDL or SystemVerilog and creating comprehensive test suites. You will also become familiar with cutting-edge tools such as Jenkins and Atlassian Jira, enhancing your industry readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop test suites in both simulation and real product environments
• Create models in VHDL or SystemVerilog for verification
• Help implement and refine validation strategies
• Assist in developing scripts and tools for integrated circuit designs
• Build knowledge about PCI Express, Display Port, and memory technologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree candidate in Computer or Electrical Engineering
• Must have at least 60 credits, GPA of 2.9/4.3 or 2.6/4.0
• Familiarity with programming languages, especially C/C++
• Experience in multi-threaded programming is desirable
• Knowledge of FPGA and programmable logic will be beneficial
