In this Host role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and maintaining cleanliness in the Fit4Less gym environment. Your duties will involve regular cleaning tasks and assisting members with their needs. Excellent communication skills will help you educate guests about memberships and promote our amenities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Greet and assist members and guests warmly
• Inform members about amenities and memberships
• Document and report cleanliness issues to management
• Foster a friendly and courteous setting
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
