Key Responsibilities: • Design and assess tailings storage facilities and dumps • Perform geotechnical assessments, including seepage analysis • Develop comprehensive waste management plans • Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies • Prepare detailed technical reports for clients and stakeholders
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in civil, geotechnical, or mining engineering • 5-7 years’ experience in relevant engineering fields • P.Eng. designation in Ontario or future eligibility • Familiarity with geotechnical design software • Ability to travel to mining sites as needed
