Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular security patrols at retail locations
• Communicate via two-way radio and manage incident responses
• Prepare professional security and incident reports

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of security experience in retail
• Valid Ontario Security License and CPR/First Aid Certification
• Strong understanding of TPA and Criminal Code provisions
• Excellent crowd management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours
