As a key member of the Featherless.ai team, you will utilize your 3-6 years of sales experience in AI and cloud infrastructure. This role involves engaging with CTOs and ML leads to drive growth across startup accounts. You will work closely with the CRO to enhance acquisition strategies, while actively participating in industry events to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct end-to-end sales across mid-market and enterprise segments • Lead high-quality technical demonstrations and discovery calls • Create tailored business proposals that showcase Featherless capabilities • Successfully negotiate and finalize complex deals • Collaborate with BDRs for effective pipeline generation

Requirements: • 3-6 years in closing roles related to MLOps or developer tooling • Proven experience selling to technical buyers • Solid communication and negotiation skills • Data-driven approach to CRM practices • Experience with tools like HubSpot and AI solutions
