Ledcor is searching for a Senior Project Manager to oversee significant highway maintenance projects with durations of three to ten years. You will play a vital role in optimizing operations and ensuring projects meet or exceed quality and safety standards. This role interacts with up to seven direct reports and includes significant decision-making responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture on all projects • Direct project financial health and resource management • Implement quality management and compliance protocols • Engage and manage relationships with subcontractors • Handle contract execution and change order management
Requirements: • At least 10 years of project management experience • Proven leadership in work from home environments • Understanding of construction safety protocols • Business or engineering degree preferred • Experience with project control software like MS Project
