You will help ensure marketing initiatives are well coordinated, aligned with organizational priorities, and delivered effectively across multiple programs and service areas.This role blendsteam leadership, marketing coordination, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with internal teams to guide marketing initiatives that increase awareness of our programs and help connect more people to employment opportunities.The position can be based inSechelt,Vancouver, Kamloops, Edmonton, or Calgary, with a mix of remote and in-office work. Occasional travel and attendance at community events outside regular hours may be required.What You Will DoLead the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, providing direction, coaching, and support to Marketing CoordinatorsParticipate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance development for Marketing CoordinatorsCoordinate and prioritize marketing requests across multiple programs and service areasDevelop and maintain marketing workflows, processes, and systems to support effective project deliveryCollaborate with leadership and program teams to align marketing efforts with organizational prioritiesProvide marketing guidance to internal stakeholders on campaigns, program promotion,
