You will have the opportunity to work on unique and leading‑edge projects with a local focus to make a global difference.Arcadis Canada Business Advisory and Shared Services discipline is searching for a BIM Coordinator to join its growing team. The coordinator will facilitate the BIM production team and liaise with various discipline groups that represent the Mobility group. This coordinator will also focus on cross‑sector synergy, global work‑sharing, standardization, optimization, and cross‑sector collaboration and data harnessing throughout a project’s lifecycle.Role accountabilitiesThis person will lead and provide direction and technical advice to team members, support their delivery on the project and their career development, liaise with the project team, BIM Manager, Information Manager, and Project Manager to review all models/drawings and make amendments, review work plans, ensure work meets budget and deadlines, apply BIM processes, and establish and implement a BIM Execution Plan and delivery strategy.They will also oversee the agreed scope of work and operational workload of the project team including sub‑contractors,



ensuring work is allocated appropriately and resources are fully utilized.Develop effective working relationships with the Project Director or Manager and with the client to ensure effective communication of progress and changes, and resolve issues.Coordinate the BIM process supported by necessary tools in large scale multi‑stakeholder projects.Provide input to the development of the company's BIM policies and strategies.Implement and ensure compliance with the company's BIM policies and strategies within the team.Adapt and adjust strategies related to information, quality, process and HR management to support the BIM implementation.Ensure compliance with Arcadis drafting and BIM standards and national drafting and BIM standards throughout all projects.Continuously review optimal BIM‑related software and develop business cases for new investments.Qualifications & Experience3‑5 years of relevant experience including supervision of elements of large, complex projects in the Infrastructure or Transportation Sector.Experience with ISO 19650 protocols and their application on large projects.Effective project management, client relationship management, commercial skills and technical management of BIM production for major projects.Advanced capability in OpenRoads Designer & Civil 3D.Expertise to define BIM outcomes.Advanced ability applying design experience to models, setting up, and coordinating a BIM Protocol and Execution Plan for a given project.Experience with OpenRoads Design Workspaces is an asset.Salary rangeThe salary range for this position is $66,000 – $99,000.
