Canadian Tire'sData Science Associate (DSA) Rotational Programis a two-year new graduate program starting in 2027, based in Toronto, ON. The program consists of two progressive 12-month rotations within Finance Decision Support teams working with Merchandising and Finance in domains such as retail analytics, business intelligence, and data engineering. Schedule: four days on-site, one day from home.What You'll Do:Provide subject-matter expertise, analytics, and insights to enable optimal business decisions and resolve complex business problemsDesign and develop complex reports, dashboards, visualizations, and scorecards using BI tools such as Power BI or TableauAnalyze data processes and tools to support the business data strategy; apply data science techniques to build complex modelsPartner with Finance teams on transformation projects modernizing data processes, reporting, and financial modelsIntegrate AI into business processes and develop intelligent agents that automate workflows, surface insights, and communicate actionable recommendationsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams as a key member of the Finance Decision Support analytics teamWho You'll Bring:Expected graduation of December 2026 or Spring 2027Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analytics, or a related fieldDemonstrated knowledge in BI development, data modelling, data engineering, business analytics,
