Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day functions of ECD services sustainably
• Drive development and implementation of early learning programs




• Evaluate program effectiveness and compliance with contracts
• Engage families to enhance accessibility and support
• Provide training to enhance staff communication skills
Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or relevant combination
• Experience working with Indigenous communities
• Valid First Aid certification
• Clear criminal record check
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
