- Coach recruitment consultants and field leaders on advisor recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, LLQP candidate support, and pre-contract sales execution- Provide direct support for high-priority recruitment opportunities and key candidate interactions- Mentor developing recruitment teams and build confidence and effectiveness in recruitment conversations- Partner with regional leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted coaching interventions- Strengthen follow-up practices, pipeline management, objection handling, and candidate conversion nationally- Develop recruitment playbooks, coaching guides, conversation frameworks, and training resources- Identify and document leading recruitment practices across the field- Contribute to a consistent advisor recruitment methodology across Sales Power- Establish foundational processes and standards for a future Recruitment Centre of Excellence- Provide surge capacity support to regions with elevated recruitment activity or resource constraints- Analyze recruitment challenges, pipeline barriers, and conversion trends- Share field insights and recommendations with Advisor Growth & Retention leadership- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate qualityRequirements- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services distribution, advisor recruitment, business development, or related sales leadership roles- Proven success as a financial advisor, sales leader, advisor recruiter, or business development professional- Strong understanding of advisor career pathways, advisor recruitment practices, and sales pipeline management- Experience coaching, mentoring,
or developing sales professionals is strongly preferred- LLQP licensed, or previous experience obtaining and maintaining an LLQP license, is considered an asset- Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and relationship-building skills- Strong consulting and influencing capabilitiesAbility to translate complex sales concepts into practical, actionable guidance- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization- Highly collaborative with robust judgment and business acumen- Ability to identify trends, diagnose performance challenges, and recommend solutionsCore CompetenciesDemonstrates extensive experience in advisor recruitment and financial services distribution, with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing recruitment teams.
