As a Host at Fit4Less, you'll interact with members while performing key daily cleaning and maintenance tasks. Your duties will include upholding cleanliness expectations, promoting memberships, and educating guests on club amenities. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to the brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility
• Interact warmly with members and guests
• Promote black card amenities and memberships
• Assist customers with membership management
• Report and resolve any deficiencies or concerns
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification preferred
• Ability to handle stress and meet customer expectations
