We're seeking a part-time PSW Clinical Assistant who will engage with students during their training, ensuring they receive the hands-on experience essential for becoming certified. This role requires adept communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality as you guide students in clinical settings. You will work collaboratively with instructors and staff to enhance the students' educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students during their practical training sessions
• Orientate students to clinical settings and staff
• Provide one-on-one teaching and feedback




• Model skilled behavior and attitudes
• Collaborate with PSW Instructors on student evaluations
Requirements:
• Licensed Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High standards for accountability and reliability
• Registered and in Good Standing with the College of Nurses Ontario
• Ability to navigate cultural and social differences in students
