Your expertise will ensure all operations run smoothly while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of daily camp and rental operations
• Coordinate guest services and recreational programming




• Uphold high standards for safety and cleanliness
• Monitor site readiness and manage maintenance needs
• Collaborate with teams to enhance guest experiences
Requirements:
• At least five years in related camp or hospitality roles
• Background in program development and staff management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Transportation required for the role
• Must live on-site with 2-bedroom suite provided
