Narvar is seeking a Machine Learning Director to oversee its ML organization. You will manage models, platforms, and teams for identity resolution, fraud detection, and consumer intelligence. The role requires a focus on building high-performing teams while ensuring technical excellence in model development and operations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own machine learning strategy and roadmap • Build and lead a globally distributed ML team • Set technical standards for model deployment • Monitor and improve identity resolution performance • Communicate findings to executives and stakeholders

Requirements: • 12+ years in engineering, 5+ in ML management • Robust experience with identity resolution or fraud detection • Proficiency in Python and data stack (Spark, Airflow) • Proven track record of managing successful ML projects • Ability to navigate challenging business problems using ML
