Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Bereavement Programs Manager provides day-to-day management and administration of the development, growth, operations, and success of Eluna’s national in-person Camp Erin network and program. This position will also contribute to the development of additional grief support initiatives. The Bereavement Programs Manager position is ideal for clinicians interested in program development and management, partnership cultivation and care, and providing training and support to providers. Occasional travel to professional conferences and for Camp Erin site visits will be required. This position reports to the Director of Bereavement Programs, who is remote. This is a grant funded position.Serve as the relationship lead for all Camp Erin locations (approximately 35).Provide oversight of partners organizations to ensure Camp Erin programmatic quality through best practices, pre- and post-camp reporting, and program evaluation.Cultivate strong partner organization relationships through partner support and perks.Identify trends and needs of partner organizations, participants, programming, and the bereavement field. Develop related resources, trainings, and networking opportunities.Enhance the Camp Erin Best Practices Guide and program resources to ensure high quality, safe, and welcoming Camp Erin programs that integrate current standards in childhood bereavement support, camping practices, and youth therapeutic models.Support the Director with outreach, selection, and training of new Camp Erin partner organizations and onboarding of new team members at existing locations.Support the Director in the strategic development of the Camp Erin program model, with the goal of reaching youth and families not previously served.Collaborate with Bereavement Programs team on the maintenance and success of Camp Erin systems, such as the Camp Erin Portal, Salesforce, and electronic forms.Work with the Bereavement Programs team to track program data, share impact, and provide grant metrics, narrative, and reports to Eluna’s Development and Communications teams.Develop, implement, and manage special grant projects,



deliverables, and partnerships.Support the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with individual, corporate, and government funders.Promote Eluna as a leader in the childhood bereavement field through strategic relationships, presentations at bereavement conferences, and participation in special initiatives.Collaborate with Eluna team members on projects and initiatives as needed.QualificationsMaster’s level counseling, social work, or related degree; credentials preferredMinimum 3-5 years’ experience working with children and families who are grievingExperience with:youth and family bereavement campsdeveloping and implementing processes, programming objectives, and best practicesimplementing trauma-informed programs that emphasize welcoming environmentneeds assessment and resource developmentestablishing and building relationships with stakeholders, funders, and partnersCompetencies, Knowledge and SkillsService-oriented individual who consistently demonstrates respect, compassion, and carePassionate interest in successful program managementClear and warm written and verbal communicationFamiliarity with customer relationship management systems (e.G., Salesforce or similar database)Familiarity with Canva or other design toolsFacilitation of interdepartmental collaboration to successfully implement missionExcellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skillsConfident self-starter with consistent follow-throughExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProven capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesConfidentiality, honesty,
