So, when we look for new people to join our team, alignment to these values is a vital piece of our people puzzle.Here’s What This Looks LikeYou push the boundaries of what’s possiblePeople know they can rely on you to follow through on your commitmentsYou believe that when a group of people come together, they can achieve more than any one person could aloneKey ResponsibilitiesThe Role Includes But Is Not Limited ToTrack and maintain project leads, opportunities, and related data in the ERP systemAssist project managers with preparing and submitting proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirementsSupport proposal development by creating task structures, timelines, resource plans, and cost estimatesWrite, edit, and format reports, project deliverables, and documentation.Manage contracts, approvals, and supporting documentation, and coordinate contract reviewsAssist with invoices, payments, and purchase orders for suppliers, subcontractors, and consultantsCoordinate and track insurance documents for projects and subcontractorsPrepare and distribute project status reports, meeting notes, and action items; arrange project meetingsMaintain comprehensive project files,
