Lead end-to-end
UI/UX and Product Design
initiatives. Design intuitive experiences for complex accounting and business workflows. Create
wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs . Build and maintain scalable
design systems and UI component libraries . Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping. Collaborate closely with
Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Teams .
Mentor designers and establish UX best practices. Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent product experiences. Required Tech Stack
Figma – Must Have UX/UI Design & Prototyping Design Systems User Research & Usability Testing Interaction Design Responsive Web Design HTML5 / CSS3 React / Angular – Good to Have Adobe Creative Cloud – Valuable to Have Preferred
Accounting / FinTech / ERP
