Drive transformative reconciliation strategies as the Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Manager with Bell. This 12-month contract role focuses on cultural engagement and inclusive community initiatives.In this managerial role, you will lead Bell's Reconciliation Strategy as part of a diverse team. Your expertise will guide the PAIR certification program, enhancing Indigenous engagement and building authentic relationships with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities.



You’ll play a crucial part in implementing initiatives that foster understanding and measurable progress in reconciliation.Key Responsibilities:- Develop corporate reconciliation strategy and governance frameworks- Manage PAIR Certification and Indigenous inclusion programs- Design engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals- Coordinate workshops and consultations with community partners- Deliver cultural awareness training across the organizationRequirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field- 5-10 years in Indigenous engagement or reconciliation- Proven relationship-building with Indigenous communities- Solid communication and project coordination skills- Capability to manage complex initiatives effectivelyMake a real impact by promoting Indigenous relations and reconciliation strategies at Bell.#J-18808-Ljbffr
