OverviewCSP is one of the largest and fastest growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities! We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and kid-friendly soccer coaches to join our team!Our program starts with children aged as young as 18 months and progresses to more competitive play as they grow. Coaching opportunities span ages 2 to 14, with a preference for coaches who can work across a wider age range.ResponsibilitiesCoach youth soccer sessions for children ages 2 - 14, with activities progressing from fun play to kicks, goals, scrimmages, and game-like situations as they age.Engage with children, parents, and co-workers in an energetic, enthusiastic, and professional manner.Deliver clear communication and provide feedback to parents.QualificationsPassionate about working with and engaging young children.Availability on weekday evenings (between 4pm - 8pm) and/or weekends (between 9am - 12pm on Saturday/Sunday).Reliable and qualified.Energetic,



enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers.Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents.High energy, physically fit, and able to coach soccer skills/games with young children for 2+ hours.Available to work through Summer and Winter seasons.Ideal ExperienceExperience working with children ages 2 - 6 years.Preference for experienced soccer coaches who can work with both toddler and youth ages.Experience with other types of young child sports organizations (SportBall, City Camps, Pedalheads, etc.) or soccer environments (Little Kickers, Timbits Soccer, House Leagues, etc.).Coaching certification (Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn to Train, etc.) is an asset.BenefitsCompensation: $18-23 per hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
