7.6 hrs/day, 38 hrs/week (Monday to Friday) Pay:

You'll manage planned and reactive maintenance across a busy schools portfolio, supporting delivery works and keeping operations running smoothly. Working closely with subcontractors, client stakeholders, and internal teams, you'll be the go-to person for facilities management and asset maintenance. Who you'll work with
You’ll partner day-to-day with site Schools Officers, the Cleaning Supervisor, and client stakeholders including Business Managers and Principals — coordinating and supervising Schools Officers as part of the role. What you’ll do
Build robust relationships with subcontractors and internal teams, acting as the key point of contact for facilities management and asset maintenance Manage planned and reactive maintenance across site Conduct site inspections, audits,
and close-out of works Support work order management and subcontractor queries Monitor contractor performance against scope, budget, and compliance requirements Maintain accurate records, plans, and reporting What we're looking for
Experience in facilities management, trades, or asset maintenance, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously Project coordination or project management experience (desirable) Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Trade or property/facilities management qualifications (desirable) An organised, personable, fast-thinking operator who's comfortable supervising a team Requirements (mandatory)
