Become a vital part of our team as a Hotel Pool Lifeguard, providing safety and support to all pool users. This role demands a proactive approach to monitoring activities and responding to emergencies.

Ideal candidates should have 7 months to less than 1 year of lifeguarding experience. You will ensure the health and safety regulations are maintained while monitoring recreational activities. Duties also involve training and assisting team members, showcasing your leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the safety of guests during pool activities • Keep logs and accurate records for safety compliance • Oversee and train staff in safety protocols • Help guests with special requirements as necessary • Manage pool sports and game equipment efficiently

Requirements: • Lifesaving Bronze Cross and NLS certifications required • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications necessary • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
