As a Managing Consultant, you'll oversee complex infrastructure projects while fostering relationships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders. You will provide critical input on environmental assessments, guiding projects through various regulatory frameworks across Canada. Partner with ERM’s experts to create sustainable solutions that respect community voices and drive responsible development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on regulatory requirements and approval pathways • Consult and maintain skilled relationships with stakeholders • Support Indigenous community engagement initiatives • Contribute to client deliverables and regulatory research • Ensure projects meet quality control and client expectations
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences or similar • 4+ years of consulting or resource development experience • Experience with Canadian environmental regulations • Proven track record of stakeholder engagement • Strong writing and communication abilities
